This pig feet stew is a family dish. This menu is special for anyone who likes feet but someone who is not big fan of pork feet can eat the eggs with this sauce. Here is the recipe for you :-)
Step 1. Heat the oil in a pot and stir fry ginger, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon powder, cloves, peppercorn, coriander roots, black and white pepper seeds, Asian red shallots and garlic. until they bring aroma. Then add water.
Step 2. When it is boiled, add pork feet and season by adding black soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, thin soy sauce, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Taste as you like and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 3. Add hard boiled eggs and simmer 15 more minutes until you get a brown color. That's it!
