An another French salad that can be served for starter. It´s the perfect combination of tasty stir-fried Chicken Gizzard with Garlic mixed with the dressing of red wine and mustard.

Ingredients

• 500 g of chicken gizzards, cut in 2 piece for each one
• 100 g of small lettuces, tear in half for each leave
• 2 tomatoes, cut in 6 pieces
• ½ small bowl of cooked corn
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
• 4 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons of mustard
• 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1. Stir fry chicken gizzards with oil and garlic, add salt and pepper. And leave it to cool down.

Step 2. Make the dressing by mixing mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Then add oil and mix them together well.

Step 3. Mix the salad dressing with salad, tomatoes, corns, and the chicken gizzards. Ready to serve. Zap!

Tip: never mix the hot chicken gizzard and vegetables.
