Stir-fried Morning Glory is a flavorful spicy dish, it is an awesome dish to have with a beer.
Step 1: Cut morning glory about 5 cm long, wash out the dirt with cold water and leave in the bowl.
Step 2: Peel garlic and bash with the chilis.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a wok until it is very hot. Add garlic and chilis, stir-fry about 5 seconds or until brown.
Step 4: Add the Morning glory along with oyster sauce, thin soya sauce, salted soybean paste, and sugar. Stir-fry for another 30 seconds
Step 5: Add water and stir-fry for another 10 seconds.
Step 6: Take out and serve with steam jasmine rice.
Tip: Fire should be very hot in order to make vegetables green and crunchy.
