Beef jerky reminds me about childhood. Every kids i know loves eating beef jerky and sticky rice. Here is the recipe of beef jerky in my hometown that i would like to share.

Preparation

Step 1: Cut the meat stick shape about 8cm long.

Step 2: Peel and dice garlic and ginger, then pound finely in a mortar.

Step 3: Mix the paste you pounded with meat, add sugar, thin soya sauce, salt, and white sesame, gentle knead about 10 min.

Step 4: Dry the meat stick under the sun for 3h, and turn the other side up for another 3h.

Step 5: After the meat dry, make deep fried in the pan with medium fire until brown. Serve with sticky rice and chili sauce. Zap!
