I stumbled upon this restaurant quite unexpectedly. Initially, I was searching for a popular chicken pho place based on online reviews. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed for repairs. Luckily, the taxi driver recommended this place instead. He mentioned that it was a local spot serving the same dish but with better flavor, and it was highly regarded by the locals. This didn’t surprise me at all when I got there.

The chicken broth was rich, naturally sweet from the chicken bones, and very tasty. Looking at the massive pot of chicken simmering in the kitchen, I wouldn’t be surprised if they used hundreds of chickens each day to make the broth (just a guess, hahaha). The restaurant offers three types of noodles to choose from: pho, vermicelli, and egg noodles. Today, I tried both the pho and vermicelli. The pho noodles here are thinner than the larger ones I’ve had in beef pho, but the flavor was spot on—no extra seasoning needed, just a bit of chili and lime, and it was perfect. Besides the dishes I tried, the restaurant also offers chicken salad and smoothies for customers.

After finishing my meal and getting ready to leave, I discovered that the restaurant had been awarded the Michelin Guide recognition for two consecutive years (2023-2024). I wasn’t surprised at all by this honor and felt incredibly thankful to the taxi driver for recommending this place to me. It’s definitely a restaurant that lives up to its reputation. I really hope they could be a bit more friendly. Overall, based on my experience, I’d rate this restaurant 4.5/5 for the food quality and pricing.
