An interesting information, Mì Quảng, is a Vietnamese noodle dish that originates from Quảng Nam Province in central Vietnam. In the region, it is one of the most popular and nationally recognized food items, and served on various occasions.
1. Marinate chicken with salt, garlic, ground black pepper, oyster sauce, and turmeric. Mix and leave it about 20 mns.
2. After 20mns, have a huge pot, add about 2 table spoon of oil and garlic. Stir fry until garlic is light golden, then add marinated chicken. Stir fry about few minutes, then add chili oil, stir fry about few minutes again. After that, add water. Cover with a lid and let it cook about 20 mns with medium heat.
3. Add hard boiled egg, and continue boiling about 10 mns more.
4. Adjust the seasoning, you can add msg if you prefer. Then turn of the heat.
5. To serve: Have a big bowl, add lettuce and green herbs, following with noodles, pouring delicious soup and chicken over the noodle, topping with the hard-boiled egg and sprinkle with sliced green onion, fried-shallots, and roasted-peanuts. Enjoy! Yummy!
