It is an original recipe from Vietnam, one of these healthy and delicious menus. You can also replace pork belly by other part which has less fat.
1. First, boil a whole piece of pork belly for about 20 to 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down, then make thin slices.
2. Make the dipping sauce by pounding garlic and chili, then mix with fermented fish sauce, sugar, lime, sliced garlic, sliced chili. Mix them together.
3. Serve the sliced pork, dipping sauce, fresh noodles, rice paper wrap, and vegetables altogether in the same plate. Enjoy!
