What's for dinner tonight? Fish fish fish, try this recipe. I confirm, it's so good :)

Preparation

1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

2. Coat the fish with flour and fry it in the pan until it becomes light yellow.

3. Add onions, salt, pepper and ginger. Stir until you get a nice aroma, then add mild curry powder, tomato, coconut milk and yellow lemon zests. Let it cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.

4. At the end, add the juice of the lemon, the coriander and taste before serving.
