Today I'm teaching you how to make a small dish with cherry tomatoes that can be perfect for your aperitif!
I remember the day I tasted this dish for the first time. I enjoyed it very much and I finished the whole dish! It's sweet but with a bit of acidity, it's fresh but with an irresistible taste. In short, it's a dish that you must try!
Salted dried plums can be found at the Asian store. If you can't find them, then just add a lemon and a pinch of salt on top!

1. Boil water in a frying pan, then pour in the sugar and the dried plums. Keep aside.
2. Take the cherry tomatoes and make a cross cut on each end, then boil them for 20 seconds to peel them more easily.
3. Add ice cubes and peel the tomatoes, this will allow the syrup to soak in well.
4. Pour the syrup into the bowl and add the fresh lime juice.
5. Let marinate overnight before eating.
