When talking about traditional Vietnamese food, we definitely have to think of pho. Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su is a famous pho restaurant in Hanoi, the name comes from the address, as they locates on Ly Quoc Su street in Hanoi Old Quarter. It was so popular that there are many different Pho under the same name. The restaurant has to put up a sign to inform customers. As off June 2024, there are three branches, two in Hanoi and one in Hai Phong. I like to come here everytime I come to Hanoi, this is the most popular branch, and you would see many tourists line up in front during lunch and dinner time, but the waiting is usually not so long, the longest I have waited is about 15mn. I personally, like the taste here because the broth as distint Pho aroma, and the choice of meat are great quality very tender. The most popular one is Pho Tai, then we have Pho Dac Biet that have the combination of popular types of meat. I usually have Pho dac biet, and also additional Banh Quay. It's very hard when you eat it by itself, but when soak in the broth, it just went together very well with the perfect levery of crunchiness.
