Dancing shrimp dish (Koung Ten) is a famous local Lao dish!!! And this is the place for this menu in Pakxanh. Fresh shrimp from the river and prepare right there just before serving! It is very big portion. Beside dance shrimp dish, the fresh bamboo soup and fried fermented small bird menu are highly recomended too.
